ABOUT US
Pacific Federal Management (PFM) was established in 2017 to provide federal management services in construction, landscape and hardscape installation, and maintenance services for military, commercial, and civic clients throughout Guam and Micronesia. In a short time, we have earned one of the largest military contracts on island valued at over $50 million.

Providing leadership for Pacific Federal Management ($2.5 million local company) Salas has spearheaded business development efforts - growing the business from zero to $2.5 million in less than three years. He is responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive strategic plans to facilitate cost-effective operations and to increase revenue and profits. Throughout his work with PFM, Salas consistently evaluates operational issues to determine the company’s level of competitiveness with the latest trends in the industry and works with PFM's HR Manager to maximize the company's talent acquisition and performance.
